Kathmandu: Asian Development Bank (ADB) President Masato Kanda called on Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle today to discuss various areas of cooperation and the support being provided by the Bank to the development endeavors of Nepal. The meeting took place at the Finance Ministry in Singha Durbar, where Finance Minister Dr. Wagle expressed gratitude for the support received from the bank and emphasized the need for continued assistance.
According to National News Agency Nepal, ADB President Kanda assured the Finance Minister that the bank is committed to maintaining its support for Nepal’s development, prioritizing the country’s needs. The discussion underscored the ongoing partnership between the ADB and Nepal, focusing on initiatives that aim to bolster the nation’s economic growth and infrastructure development.
