Baitadi: The Jayaprithvi Highway, which serves as a crucial link between Khodpe and Bajhang, has resumed operations following a landslide-induced blockage. The obstruction, which took place near Nachanthali in Baitadi, had halted traffic since 9 am.
According to National News Agency Nepal, Balram Pandey, spokesperson of the District Police Office, announced that the highway was fully operational again as of 3 pm. The clearance was achieved with the assistance of a dozer provided by the Patan road division office.
Pandey also confirmed that all vehicles previously stranded due to the landslide have now continued their journeys to various destinations.
