Mobilize Human Resource to Resolve Drinking Water Crisis in Terai-Madhes


Kathmandu: Minister for Drinking Water Pradeep Yadav has instructed the subordinate agencies to mobilize human resources in a bid to resolve the drinking water crisis in Terai-Madhes. At a senior management team meeting held at the Ministry today, Minister Yadav directed the chiefs of the concerned and subordinate agencies for the immediate resolution of the drinking water crisis, which has surfaced particularly in Bara and Parsa.



According to National News Agency Nepal, Minister Yadav emphasized the importance of mobilizing all available human resources to address the crisis affecting eight districts in the Terai-Madhes region. He expressed confidence that the problem could be resolved if the teams and human resources were effectively deployed in the affected areas.



Additionally, Minister Yadav instructed ministry officials to formally seek assistance from donor agencies, international organizations, and neighboring countries to help alleviate the water crisis in the Terai-Madhes region.
