Lumbini: Newly appointed Minister for Youth and Sports Santosh Kumar Pandey took the oath of office and secrecy today. The ceremony was conducted at the Province Chief’s Office in Butwal, with Province Chief Krishna Bahadur Gharti administering the oath. The event was attended by Chief Minister Chet Narayan Acharya, other provincial ministers, and high-ranking officials.
According to National News Agency Nepal, Chief Minister Acharya expanded his cabinet on Sunday, leading to Pandey’s appointment. Santosh Kumar Pandey, a parliamentary party leader of the Loktantrik Samajwadi Party, was appointed to the vacant post of Minister for Youth and Sports.
