RPP Chair Lingden Criticizes Major Political Parties for Failing Public Expectations

Birtamod: Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Rajendra Lingden has remarked that the current state of the country is due to the failure of major political parties to meet public expectations in nation building. Lingden’s statements come in the wake of the government’s collapse, which had a two-thirds majority, following the Gen Z Movement.

According to National News Agency Nepal, Lingden addressed a meeting in Birtamod of Jhapa district, organized on Saturday. He stated that the events of September 9 highlighted the dismal condition of state mechanisms. Lingden expressed disappointment, saying, “Our views made during that time were neglected and now the mainstream political parties have regretted for turning a deaf ear to our comments.”

During the event, Lingden asserted that his party has proposed an alternative political path. He suggested that the nation could progress on the path of development within five years if every citizen committed to working honestly for the betterment of the country.
