Kathmandu: The Standing Committee (SC) members of the opposition CPN (Maoist Centre) have voiced for strong leadership and unity in the party. During the ongoing SC meeting held on Saturday, a total of 18 SC members, five office-bearers, and a leader from the party’s disciplinary commission emphasized the necessity for the party’s leadership to be strengthened and more unified.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the SC meeting, which commenced on Friday, is set to continue at 11:00 am on Sunday. Maoist Centre Spokesperson Agni Prasad Sapkota confirmed the schedule, indicating the ongoing discussions aimed at consolidating the party’s leadership.
