Two-Point Deal Signed With Ruling Parties for National Welfare: Chair Dahal

Biratnagar: Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Centre), Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, has announced that a two-point agreement was signed with the ruling parties to serve the broader welfare of the country and its citizens. Speaking to media personnel at Biratnagar Airport, Dahal emphasized the significance of the deal, which aims to address pressing national issues.

According to National News Agency Nepal, the agreement includes forming a probe committee to investigate a visit visa scam. Chairperson Dahal asserted that the resolution of the House stalemate was essential, as several critical bills, including those related to civil service and school education, require passage through the House.

Dahal, who is also a former Prime Minister, further highlighted the necessity of enacting laws, particularly concerning the political re-engagement of former presidents and vice-presidents.
