Khairhani: Padam Bahadur Ranamagar, 68, of Khairhani municipality-13 was killed in a tiger attack here Friday. Ranamagar, along with two others, had left for the local Kumroj buffer-zone community forest to collect fodder in the morning, but failed to return.
According to National News Agency Nepal, during the search, his body was found in the forest. Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rabindra Khanal, stated that Ranamagar might have died in the tiger attack as his lifeless body indicated.
The body has been brought to the Bharatpur Hospital for a post-mortem.
