Lalitpur: The second statute general convention of CPN (UML) is ongoing, with significant developments expected as group feedback on reports is scheduled to be presented today. The convention is taking place at the Sunrise Conference Center in Godavari, Lalitpur, and has entered its third day.

According to National News Agency Nepal, the day’s proceedings involve the tabling of group suggestions on the reports presented during the general convention. UML Publicity Department Chief Rajendra Gautam shared that the closed session commenced at 8:00 am, where discussions on seven reports have been organized. Group leaders from the seven provinces will lead the presentation of feedback on these reports.

In addition to the provincial group leaders, representatives from the Valley Special Province, various public organizations, the Liaison Coordination Committee, and diaspora and central bodies are also contributing their suggestions.
