Panchthar: The Jhulaghat-Chitwabhanjyang Resolution Campaign of the CPN (UML) completed on Sunday reaching Chitwabhanjyang of Panchthar district.
CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli has termed his campaign a ‘Great Journey’ adding that the leaders had an opportunity to understand the people’s aspirations.
At a programme organized in Chitwabhanjyang, Oli stated that the UML leaders visited the people’s doorsteps surpassing technical, geographical and political barriers. “The journey was completely successful,” Oli claimed.
On the occasion, Oli thanked the party’s leaders and cadres for making the campaign a success and announced the end of the journey by hoisting the national flag at Chitwabhanjyang, the eastern point of Mid-Hill Highway.
During the event, UML’s central office-bearers, standing committee members, politburo members, central committee members and other leaders were present.
The UML’s resolution campaign was started from Jhulaghat of Baitadi district on November 30.
