A five-day Koshi Province-level industrial exhibition and food festival will be held in Dhankuta for the promotion and marketing of local products.
The Dhankuta chapter of Cottage and Small Industries’ Association shared this information, organizing a press conference here Thursday.
Rajeshwar Bahadur Shrestha, Chairman of the Association, informed that exhibition would have 30 stalls of local products. The organizer has aimed at making a transaction of Rs 30 million.
Similarly, Ishwar Thapa, Chief of the Cottage and Small Industries Office here believed the festival to be held at industrial village of Dhankuta municipality-6 will be an important event to explore potential of industrial village.
Coordinator of the Industrial Village Management Committee, Tilak Mahat, hoped that the fair was expected to spur marketing and promotion of domestic products in all 14 districts of the Koshi Province.
