Kathmandu: Chairman KP Sharma Oli has underscored the need for ensuring victim-centric approach in the bill relating to transitional justice.
He blamed the inaction of ruling parties behind protracted transitional justice. Chairman Oli was saying it during the 7th plenary meeting of party central committee that kicked off in the federal capital on Tuesday
The major opposition leader Oli informed that street agitation and protest at parliament could be opted for the sake of country and people.
