Kathmandu: Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR), Devraj Ghimire said the bills under consideration at the parliament will also be taken ahead amidst the budget session.
After observing a photo exhibition entitled ‘Outcomes of the Republic: Infrastructure for Prosperity’, organized by RSS on the occasion of the Republic Day-2081, today, Speaker Ghimire informed that bills under consideration will also be taken ahead in the budget session not being limited to the budget enactment.
“The budget session is underway. The bills under consideration have also to be taken ahead in the session. I have felt that the parliamentarians have gradually realized its essence”, he noted.
“The government is comparatively active in introducing bills and taking ahead its required process. Works on bills are being rapidly done in the committees. Today itself, the bill related to the roles, responsibilities and authorities of the constitutional council has been endorsed. The bill be taken ahead in the parliament amidst th
e budget session”, the Speaker further said.
