Govt. to bear plane fare of Nepalis willing to return home from Israel

The government is to bear the plane fare of the Nepalis willing to return home from Israel.

A cabinet meeting held on Wednesday decided to bring Nepalis from Israel on a chartered plane of the Nepal Airlines Corporation.

The meeting has given authority to Foreign Minister Narayan Prakash Saud to rescue the Nepalis by sending a chartered plane in Israel as well as monitoring and coordination of other diplomatic works.

According to Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Dhanraj Gurung, the NAC aircraft would fly to Israel this night.

Earlier, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ had directed Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Sudan Kirati, to make arrangement to send a rescue flight in Israel.
